For 25 years, as an entrepreneur, advisor, and creative director, my greatest satisfaction has come from helping others realize their potential.
During my decade as co-founder and CEO of RecordSetter, a platform built on the belief that “everyone can be the world’s best at something,” we enabled over 50,000 people across 110 countries to set their own world records. In doing so, we transformed how people view competition and personal achievement—even Guinness acknowledged this shift.
While related appearances on Shark Tank and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon were exciting, my ongoing contentment came from leading the RecordSetter team. I found meaning in fostering an environment where individuals could flourish in ways they never imagined. My leadership style, centered around empathy and positivity, helped staff members unlock creativity, purpose, and productivity.
I’ve carried this heart-driven approach throughout my career, as a creative leader at agencies like Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and WorkInProgress, an advisor to WorkingNotWorking, a teacher at Miami Ad School, and a mentor to many young professionals. It’s also at the core of how I engage as a father. (Hi, Margot! Hi, Alice!)
Now, as an executive coach, I bring this same dedication to my clients. My focus is on cultivating their well-being, improving organizational performance, and driving success—both personally and professionally. I’ve worked with CEOs, founders, and executives at Google, Apple, and Reddit, guiding them toward deeper fulfillment and more impactful leadership. Coaching has played a vital role in my personal journey. The insights and growth I’ve gained through the guidance of my coaches have been invaluable to my success. If your life isn’t where you want it to be, I invite you to explore working with a coach as well. Onwards and upwards!
