Combining meditation and visualizations learned in her training as a Reiki Master, Kat will also share some new resilience practices learned in coaching training around self compassion and positive neuroplasticity.
Coach and podcast host Tracy Candido will introduce us to their unique approach to parts work so we can cultivate a more supportive and adaptive inner system.
Step outside with artist and coach Jenny Bergman for a hands-on, multi-sensory workshop designed to awaken your senses and welcome vulnerability. No art skills required — just a willingness to explore.

We can never inoculate ourselves fully from anxiety, but we can create a life that centers creation, community, beauty and service. Kat shares how this has helped her navigate 5 years of life changes, including divorce, death, menopause, an empty nest, and career dry spell.

Through guided exercises, reflective practices, and collaborative discussions, participants will use parts work to explore and map their “hidden parts”, the often-overlooked inner voices that influence how you show up to your work, how you move ideas forward, and how you respond when you feel stopped in your tracks.
Not to get all science-y but there’s data galore about how resilience benefits from calming your nerves. We’ll talk vagus nerve, Positive Neuroplasticity and other nerdy things that it pays to know.
Now it’s time to play. Choose an activity to reinforce what you’ve learned or simply move and explore. Options will include: Reiki, breathwork, art-making, massage, or a virtual soundbath.
